WHAT TO EXPECT WHEN BOOKING WITH ASHLEY ANN FILMS
what do your packages include?
ALL packages include planning check-ins and timeline guidance if you need it. I’ll also connect myself with your vendor team BEFORE the wedding day so we’re all familiar with the flow and can work together smoothly. DRONE coverage is included following FAA regulations & guidelines. What varies is the time you have me and the type of wedding film(s) you choose to have.
how do we book with ashleyannfilms?
just fill out my inquiry form and tell me a little about your wedding. we will hop on a call to chat about your needs, wants and make sure we're a good fit. we take 25% down to secure your date. we only schedule one wedding per weekend so all our attention is on you, but this also means dates are limited.
what happens when we book?
you will receive a personal client portal holding your videography agreement, invoice and details about your event. you will receive a fun questionnaire that allows me to get to know you more as a couple, additional wedding plan details, and your preferences for your wedding film. Expect brief check-ins from me along the way and an additional in-depth meeting before your date.
what happens on the wedding day?
leave it up to us. your job is to live in the moment. we always arrive 30 minutes early to ensure we are ready to go for our scheduled time. typically we begin the day establishing the scene & some details. then we will move onto capturing scheduled formalities for the rest of the day. we stay pretty quiet and "behind the scenes," unless a staged moment is absolutely necessary. it is our full intent to preserve the true memories from the day so you can feel it all again.
how long do we have to wait for our film?
you will received a short sneak peek reel within 1-2 weeks after your wedding day. full films are delivered within 60 business days with the exception of the 60 minute documentary film or if your wedding takes place in the months of August, September, October then 90 business days.
how do we receive our wedding film(s)?
all wedding films are delivered through an online gallery & an external drive in the mail. once delivered we ask that you save your film(s) in 3 different locations. we suggest: a computer/phone and a couple external drives. One external drive for watching and one as a backup.
